Program Cost

Singers

$2,500.00 USD

Inclusions:

  • Program leadership and support from two Program Directors and a licensed Verona guide
  • Opera ticket to La Traviata at the Arena di Verona
  • Daily rehearsals and festival performances led by internationally renowned conductor Dr. Pearl Shangkuan
  • Vocal technique sessions with Dr. Jamie-Rose Guarrine
  • Access to a shared drive containing choral resources for both singers and conductors curated by the artistic staff
  • Guided walking tour of Verona’s historic center with licensed guide (headsets provided)
  • Gratuities for restaurant staff and bus drivers
  • Three dinners with wine: Welcome Dinner in Verona Historic Center, Post-Concert Dinner in Isola Rizza (Verona Countryside), and Farewell Dinner in Verona Historic Center
  • One group lunch in Zevio (Verona countryside)
  • Private tour of the Maria Callas Museum in Zevio
  • Valpolicella Classico winery tour and tasting (four wines with light food pairings)
  •  Round-trip private bus transportation for festival excursions (Zevio, Isola Rizza, Lake Garda, Valpolicella Classico)

  • Concert at Parrocchia dei Santi Pietro e Paolo in Isola Rizza (Verona countryside)
  • Final performance in San Fermo Maggiore, one of Verona’s four major churches

  • Gratuities for licensed guide and hotel staff (participant discretion)


Participants arrange their own airfare and accommodations. This allows flexibility, use of airline miles/points, and the option to arrive early or extend travel. Verona has many hotels and rental options (Airbnb, Vrbo). Participants often share accommodations to reduce costs.

Travel Companions

$850.00 USD

  • Adult (18+) companions welcome; space is limited.
  • The companion package includes all listed group tours, meals, transportation, gratuities for restaurant and bus staff, the opera ticket, winery tour and tasting, and access to program staff. Travel companions do not participate in rehearsals, vocal technique sessions, or performances. However, they attend as supportive audience members throughout the week.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment
A $300 nonrefundable deposit is required upon acceptance; it applies to the total fee. The remaining balance can be paid in full upon acceptance or in two installments:

  • February 13, 2026: 50% of remaining balance due
  • March 20, 2026: Final balance due


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. After March 20, 2026, all payments are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
