Professional Development: Documentation of professional development (50 contact hours) is available upon request at no charge.

Conductor Track: $1,750 USD

Ensemble Singer Track: $1,500 USD

Fee includes:

• Score study or voice mini-intensive day with either Simon Carrington or Jamie-Rose Guarrine
• Daily workshops, rehearsals, and masterclasses
• Sarteano Choral Workshop t-shirt
• Two choral performances and two solo and small ensemble concerts
• Wine and cheese reception
• Welcome dinner at La Gustea
• Transportation to/from concert 1 
• Post-concert dinner following concert 1
• Farewell Dinner at Locanda dei Tintori

Fee excludes:

• Airline travel to/from Italy
• Travel to Sarteano from Rome Fiumicino on June 24
• Housing
• Meals (unless included above)
• Private lessons
• Optional excursions on our free day
• Travel to Rome Fiumicino from Sarteano on July 6

Following acceptance, participants are required to secure their Workshop spot by submitting a nonrefundable fee of $300, which will be credited toward the total Workshop fee. The remaining balance can be paid in full upon acceptance or two installments, according to the following schedule:

– February 13, 2026: 50% of the remaining balance is due.

– March 20, 2026: The remaining balance must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. We strongly recommend obtaining trip insurance from a provider of your choice, as your Workshop fee becomes nonrefundable after April 1, 2026. Please note that no exceptions can be made.
