Workshop Costs

Professional Development: Documentation of professional development (50 contact hours) is available upon request at no charge.

Conductor Track: $1,850 USD

Ensemble Singer Track: $1,650 USD

Fee includes:

• Score study or voice mini-intensive day with either Jo-Michael Scheibe (conductors) or Jamie-Rose Guarrine (ensemble singers)
• Daily workshops, rehearsals, and masterclasses
• Access to a shared drive containing choral resources for both singers and conductors curated by the artistic staff
• Sarteano Choral Workshop t-shirt
• Two choral performances and two solo and small ensemble concerts
• Wine and cheese reception
• Welcome dinner at La Gustea
• Transportation to/from concert 1 
• Post-concert dinner following concert 1
• Farewell Dinner at Locanda dei Tintori

Fee excludes:

• Airline travel to/from Italy
• Travel to Sarteano from Rome Fiumicino
• Housing
• Meals (unless included above)
• Private lessons
• Optional excursions on our free day
• Travel to Rome Fiumicino from Sarteano

Following acceptance, participants are required to secure their Workshop spot by submitting a nonrefundable fee of $300, which will be credited toward the total Workshop fee. The remaining balance can be paid in full upon acceptance or two installments, according to the following schedule:

– February 12, 2027: 50% of the remaining balance is due.

– March 19, 2027: The remaining balance must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. We strongly recommend obtaining trip insurance from a provider of your choice, as your Workshop fee becomes nonrefundable after March 19, 2027. Please note that no exceptions can be made.
